With our boys in blue still very much on a high from winning the NPL title, they have set the bar for next season's performance. But for now, it's smiles all around, including some positive words from the club secretary, Tony Bennett.
"This season has been a fantastic one for Warrington Rylands and one that went beyond all our expectations. Dave and the team have overachieved from what we set out to do this year, with this being our first year in the Northern Premier League (West), and to win it at our first attempt has been unbelievable.
All credit must go to Dave, his management team, and the players; however, I must mention the incredible team we have off the pitch and our brilliant volunteers, who all help contribute to the success off the field.
We are all now busy preparing for this exciting new season ahead in the Northern Premier League (premier), which is a great place to be at step 3 in the football pyramid, but one where we deserve to be. There are some fantastic teams in this league, and we can't wait for it to start once again. It's great to see this type of football at Gorsey lane."
The lads will be training hard and already can't wait to put on a show for the crowd. It's great to hear such positive words from the team. We can only hope the lads winning streak continues into next season.
