The Blues are back at The Hive Arena this Saturday as we welcome Bamber Bridge in The Pitching In Northern Premier League fixture.
We return home on the back of two wins on the bounce having beaten both FC United of Manchester and Bradford Park Avenue 2-1, coming from a goal behind on both occasions. We currently find ourselves sat 3rd in the league table, level on points with Hyde United with a game in hand and 6-points inside the play-off places. 3 wins, 1 draw and 2 losses from our last 6 games sees us sat 9th in the current form table, the last time we won 2 games in a row was early December.
Saturday’s Visitors, Bamber Bridge, are currently 12th in the league table and will be keen to continue their current run of form having won their previous 3 games.
This game will be only the 4th time the two sides have met and Bamber Bridge’s second visit to Gorsey Lane, their last visit to us early last season resulting in a 2-0 victory to Rylands, Bamber winning when we first visited their place in Jan-23. The reverse of this fixture, played earlier this season, finished all square thanks to a 90th minute equaliser for the home side.
Rylands In The Community, in collaboration with The Warrington Food Network, are launching their ‘Donate At The Gate’ initiative this weekend and are welcoming non-perishable food donations from fans and the local community.
