Warrington Rylands came from behind once again to secure all three points on the road at Bradford Park Avenue.

The blues started on the back foot as the hosts repeatedly beat them to the second ball and fell behind in the 28th minute to a Jake Daniels strike, going in at half-time 1-0 down.

A double substitution at half time saw Ben Hardcastle and Djevan Pedro replace Dan Cockerline and James Butler, the change having almost instant impact as the blues started the half on the attack.

Mo Touray levelled matters in the 68th minute to set up a tense and exciting finale.

With the Northern Premier League Premier Division contest all square going into the final 10 minutes, the home side were awarded a penalty for a foul on the box. Blues keeper Luke Pilling, has impressed with his shot stopping abilities this season and did not disappoint, saving the resulting penalty to keep the scores at 1-1.

As the clock ticked down Rylands continued their attacking intent, it was in the 83rd minute that a Duffy cross met the head of defender James Baillie, his magnificent header proving to be the winning goal completing a fine comeback for the blues.

The victory keeps Rylands firmly in the play-offs places in third place, joint on points with second place Hyde, 1-0 winners at Workington, but with a game in hand.

We welcome Bamber Bridge to The Hive Arena next Saturday and interim managers Sam and Dean look to continue their recent good run of form.
